After being a stay at home mom for almost 20 years, my husband Joe and I decided it was time for me to follow the dream I’d had my whole life: to open a Pet Store unlike any London had ever seen. It took years of planning and research. We visited other cities that had posh boutiques similar to the vision I saw in my head. The only difference was, my focus was always more about the dogs than the posh products. We have been fostering and rescuing for over 20 years; it’s just part of who we are, and I couldn’t follow one dream without bringing the other dream with me. I just knew that London needed a store with fancy dresses and bow ties, but also had a huge donation box at the door. One that paints your dog’s toenails pink, but also hosts adoption events. Fancy Boutique and Rescue Advocate could go hand in hand. I knew that we could do both, so I set out to make it happen.
Yes, we are a fancy boutique with extravagant outfits for your dog, but most importantly, we are a family of animal lovers who put the needs of pets above all else.
