Our salon runs like clockwork, so when a client doesn't show up for a scheduled appointment it can throw off an entire day. Our groomers are here to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you're running behind schedule or need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate slight same-day changes, but if you are unable to make it to your appointment we require 24 hours notice. Changing an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge $25-$50. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will incur a charge of your full appointment fee, and must be paid before booking again. Bloomingtails is a family-owned business. Our staff depends on us, and our clients, for their income--We ask that you help us avoid these disruptions by notifying us more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Failing to show up for an appointment two times within a 12 month period requires client to pay full cost of groom plus any outstanding charges.
